- Improved the 'Insert Disk' dialog. The serial number of the selected drive is now shown in the dialog. So you can
see, whether the disk you inserted has the right serial number. If the serial number changed, you can now also update it

then only CD-ROM drives are available
- Fixed a bug in the menus. The shortcuts (underlined characters) in the menu texts did not work
